Farm Worker ( Agri Labour)

Job Description :

LeedTech is actively recruiting experienced Farm Workers (Agricultural Labourers) for large-scale agricultural projects from Portugal and across Europe in Spain. Your main duties include:

Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
Operate and maintain basic farm tools and machinery.
Irrigate fields and ensure proper crop growth.
Feed, care for, and monitor livestock where required.
Load, unload, and transport agricultural produce.
Follow safety and hygiene procedures on the farm.
Work collaboratively with farm teams to meet production targets.

Requirements

Must Above 18 year old
Current Residence Europe Preferred Portugal Spain
Social Security
Valid Resident / Work Permit
Driving license (Preferred not mandatory)
Certifications in the trade

Our Offers

Payments according to the Spanish Construction Agreement.
Annual salary €16,800 – €18,500
Safety clothes and equipment for protection Provided by the employer
