LeedTech is actively recruiting experienced Farm Workers (Agricultural Labourers) for large-scale agricultural projects from Portugal and across Europe in Spain. Your main duties include:
- Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate and maintain basic farm tools and machinery.
- Irrigate fields and ensure proper crop growth.
- Feed, care for, and monitor livestock where required.
- Load, unload, and transport agricultural produce.
- Follow safety and hygiene procedures on the farm.
- Work collaboratively with farm teams to meet production targets.
